About Los Veneros

At Punta de Mita, on the cost of the Mexican Pacific there is a place of exceptional beauty that is home to an extraordinary residential and resort community: Los Veneros. The development's contemporary Mexican architecture perfectly complements the scenery of sapphire, cyan and indigo tones that come together at the horizon.

Los Veneros extends for more than 37 acres across this earthly paradise, including 1,262 feet of coastline on one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Vallarta and the Nayarit Riviera. Our community, with one of the lowest densities in the region, will include a boutique hotel with 80 suites and eight residential buildings encompassing 239 condominiums.

The Beach Club and Spa will form the heart of Los Veneros and, together with the rest of the development, with be surrounded by walking trails and lush gardens interspersed with the location's tropical jungle creating an ecological reserve imbued with an exhilarating feeling of freedom.

Smooth, white-sand beach caressed by a deep indigo sea. Tropical and exotically formed vegetation saturated in tones of deep green. Iridescent blue skies in tones from blue to orange with copper sparkles. This is the natural beauty of Punta de Mita and the Nayarit Riviera that inspired the creation of Los Veneros, a unique residential and resort community. Los Veneros succeeds in harmoniously combining the beauty of the location with the comforts and amenities of a world-class destination, creating a perfect balance between refined beauty, comfort, style and the environment.

For us, Banderas Bay and Punta de Mita in particular, are a sanctuary of nature. For that reason, we are committed to creating, in this extraordinary location, a residential concept that respects and lives harmoniously with the surrounding ecosystem to ensure its future preservation. Respect for the environment and nature is the principal that guides our efforts and actions.

The internationally prestigious firm George W. Girvin Associates designed the site plan and Master Plan for Los Veneros and the landscape architecture as well, succeeding in creating a residential and resort development that evokes tremendous pleasure for residents and their guests while at the same time protecting, preserving and emphasizing the location's natural beauty. The Master Plan for Veneros includes a boutique hotel, residential structures and beach club, and all mix perfectly with the natural foliage and fauna of the Nayarit Riviera.

Exuberant gardens surround all of the structures at Los Veneros and include beach chaises, private pools, a Jacuzzi, snack area, underground parking, drive-up entrance, elevators for residents and a separate service elevator.

Meticulously designed and open exteriors, and interior design that evokes personality with contemporary Mexican accents combine to create a unique look that exalts esthetics, sensitivity and fine taste. The beauty of Los Veneros is born of the simplicity and the curves of its natural elements; it takes form in the selection of refined materials that forge a unique character at Punta de Mita that expresses itself in every detail.

The successful Los Veneros style comes from the fusion of the creative ideas of architects Barba and Ramírez and Uribe, Krayer & Farca. Together, they have created an exceptional atmosphere that harmonizes the use of space with a relaxing interior esthetic that gives life to a spaciousness that captures the value of here and now.

At Los Veneros, every detail has been cared for to the maximum to make these residences true homes and a retreat for escaping the pressure and stress of everyday life and for enjoying and creating unforgettable experiences.

No matter how small the detail, the finishing touches stand out at Los Veneros, from the outstanding quality of the materials to the fine craftsmanship with which it was built. The result: an exceptional space where beauty and comfort are the guiding principles.
